We respond to support requests within 24-48 hours. For critical issues, we prioritize faster response times.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Rifid Faith account and its associated data at any time, directly within the app.

To delete your account:

1. Open the Rifid Faith app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Continue on the first confirmation.
5. Tap Delete my account on the final confirmation.

What is deleted: Your practice history, journey progress, account, email address, and account identifier are permanently erased. This action cannot be undone.

What is not affected: Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription. To stop billing, cancel your subscription through the app store you used to subscribe (the App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android).
