Rifid Faith is a contemplative spiritual wellness app built by Rifid Software LLC. We take the privacy of your inner life seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prayers or reflections for advertising or model training. Your spiritual practice is yours alone.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features:

Account information — your email address and display name when you create an account.
Prayers and reflections — text you write within the app (prayers, Dycern session notes). Stored securely in our database and accessible only to you.
Practice tracking data — which features you use, session counts, and your Scripture Pursuit progress, used to personalize your experience and show your Insights.
Subscription information — your subscription status (free or premium), managed through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple.
Device and usage data — basic analytics such as which features you use and how often, to help us improve the app. This data is not linked to your spiritual content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Provide and maintain the Rifid Faith app and its features
Verify and manage your premium subscription status through Apple and RevenueCat
Send you important account and service communications
Improve the app based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

Rifid Faith uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
Apple In-App Purchase — processes all subscription payments. Apple handles all payment card data. We receive only your subscription status from Apple — never your payment details.

We do not share your prayers, reflections, or any spiritual content with any third party for any purpose other than providing the app's features as described above.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your own content. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

No system is completely secure. If you become aware of any security issue, please contact us immediately at support@rifid.co.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, with the exception of data we are required to retain for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as payment records).

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction — you can update your account information within the app.
Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Portability — you can request an export of your journal entries and notes.
Opt-out — you can opt out of non-essential analytics by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Rifid Faith is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@rifid.co and we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 10. International Users

Rifid Faith is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
