These Terms of Service govern your use of Rifid Faith, a contemplative spiritual wellness app operated by Rifid Software LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Rifid Faith is a spiritual wellness application offering daily reflections, structured Bible engagement (Dycern), contemplative prayer formats, Scripture Pursuit (an interactive Bible study game), a guided 28-day Journey, and personal insight tools. The app is designed for personal spiritual exploration and does not constitute religious instruction, counseling, or mental health treatment.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Rifid Faith. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, you may not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rifid.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not create more than one account per person, or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

Monthly price: $4.99 per month (USD)
Annual price: $34.99 per year (USD)
Billing: Automatically renewing — monthly or annually, based on your selected plan
Free tier: Limited features available without a subscription
Trial: No free trial period unless explicitly stated at time of purchase
Rifid Faith Premium is sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We may change the subscription price with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Rifid Software LLC does not store your payment card details. For billing questions, contact Apple Support.
You retain full ownership of the content you create in Rifid Faith — your prayers, Dycern reflections, and any notes you record within the app. By storing content in the app, you grant Rifid Software LLC a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you.
We do not use your spiritual content for advertising, model training, or any purpose beyond delivering the app's features as described in our Privacy Policy.

Rifid Faith, its design, features, and all content created by Rifid Software LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
The Rifid Faith name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Rifid Software LLC.
Rifid Faith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Rifid Faith is a spiritual wellness tool — it is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or religious authority. Content in the app does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rifid Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@rifid.co. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
