Rifid Faith Refund Policy

Rifid Faith is a subscription-based digital service. We design our products to be non-coercive. Silence and leaving are valid outcomes.

Subscription billing
Rifid Faith Premium is billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except where stated below.

Free tier
The Free tier has no cost. Refunds do not apply.

Monthly plan refunds
Refund requests for the monthly plan must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. If significant paid usage has already occurred during that period, the request may be declined.

Annual plan refunds
Refund requests for the annual plan must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. If significant paid usage has already occurred, the request may be declined.

Billing errors
If you experience a duplicate charge or billing error, contact us promptly. Confirmed errors will be corrected, including refunds where appropriate.

How to request a refund
Because Rifid Faith is sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple is the merchant of record for all payments. To request a refund, use Apple's official refund tool at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For billing errors (duplicate charges, account discrepancies), contact us at support@rifid.co and we will assist. Include your account email, plan type, and charge date.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
