Rifid Faith Refund Policy

Rifid Faith is a subscription-based digital service. We design our products to be non-coercive. Silence and leaving are valid outcomes.

Subscription billing
Rifid Faith Premium is billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except where stated below.

Free tier
The Free tier has no cost. Refunds do not apply.

Monthly plan refunds
For monthly subscriptions, we support refund requests submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Because Apple (on iOS) and Google (on Android) are the merchant of record, the final refund decision rests with them.

Annual plan refunds
For annual subscriptions, we support refund requests submitted within 14 days of the charge date. Because Apple (on iOS) and Google (on Android) are the merchant of record, the final refund decision rests with them.

Billing errors
If you experience a duplicate charge or billing error, contact us promptly at support@rifid.co. We will help you resolve it with Apple or Google, who process all payments and issue any corrections.

How to request a refund
Rifid Faith subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), and Apple or Google is the merchant of record for your payment. The refund decision rests with them, not with Rifid Software LLC. To request a refund on iOS, use Apple's official tool at reportaproblem.apple.com. To request a refund on Android, use Google Play's refund flow at support.google.com/googleplay.
For billing errors (duplicate charges, account discrepancies), contact us at support@rifid.co and we will assist. Include your account email, plan type, and charge date.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
